At approximately 1125 Hours on Friday 24 June 2011, a southbound semi-tractor truck hauling two (02) empty gravel trailers, operated by forty-three (43) year old Lawrence R. Valli, and leading a convoy of three (03) trucks from the John Davis Trucking Company of Battle Mountain, Nevada, skidded through the lowered gates of a railroad crossing and into the westbound AMTRAK "California Zephyr", approximately twenty miles outside of Lovelock, Nevada, which is located in Churchill County, Nevada, in the Forty Mile Desert.

For questions about the welfare or status of specific passengers aboard that train, please telephone:

This was MY favorite train!!!

I've ridden the AMTRAK "California Zephyr" bunches of times, when travelling back and forth between Salt Lake City, Utah or Grand Junction, Colorado, and Chicago, Illinois.

I love riding on that train, or at least, I used to, before the tyrants and traitors at the Department of Homeland Security and the Transportation Security Administration ruined everything, and a silently acquiescent American public just passively went along with it, without any semblance of a necessary and natural outraged protest and/or violent resistance.
