MY LETTER TO THE EDITOR

**************************
**************************

Here is a letter I wrote to the editor of the "SUN-HERALD" newspaper in Biloxi, Mississippi, which I e-mailed on Friday 02 December 2011.

**************************

Editor:

I just now realized that according to Section 8 in Article I of our divinely inspired Constitution of The United States of America, only Congress can fund any of the government's activities.

Do you realize what this means?

Congressman Palazzo and his fellow representatives can immediately stop the current tyranny being waged by our government against its own citizens.

Before it ever gets off the ground, Congress can refuse to pass and/or fund the newly passed Senate Bill 1867, the "National Defense Authorization Act For Fiscal Year 2012".

(If you haven't read it, or don't know what it is, then you'd better find out - - - because it directly affects YOU!)

They can also halt funding for the "U.S.A. P.A.T.R.I.O.T." Act, the DHS, the TSA, the BATFE, and all Affirmative Action programs.

What are some other federal agencies or activities that should be immediately deprived of all funding?

With our national economy on the virge of total collapse, Congress can halt all funding of foreign military operations, and order all troops back to the continental United States, lest they be stranded in distant lands with no means of sustenance.

Congress can even halt the salary and expenses for the currently sitting President of the United States, until he exhibits full compliance with the Constitution.

Maybe it's still possible to restore our lost republic and enforce the unalienable rights of individuals without citizens having to resort to the horrors of a violently bloody armed revolt.

So, where does our duly elected representative stand?

Thank you.
