I saw this cartoon posted at the BLUE'S BLOG web site on Saturday 24 March 2012.

As you can see, it originated at the CNS NEWS web site, although when I searched the CNS NEWS web site, I could not find this particular cartoon.

The artist who created the cartoon is KEVIN TUMA, and the cartoon was drawn in 2001 or 2002.
