I find it particularly interesting, and also condescendingly irritating, that this official government video never mentions that in the state of Texas, it is LEGAL for private citizens to wear a concealed firearm, and/or that every private citizen should be encouraged to do so, as being always armed is our civic responsibility and our Christian duty.

Nauseating.
The odds of someone being in a "active shooter" situation are infinitessimal - better to teach them how to handle a car-wreck, orhelp someone who's choking or having a heart-attack!
