Greetings and Salutations to All my Kith and Kin and All the Ships in Outer Space:

This is a list of my currently prescribed medications from the 81st Medical Group at Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi.

Lisinopril  5 milligram tablets

Metoprolol  25 milligram tablets

Atorvastatin  80 milligram tablets

Docusate CA  240 miligram capsules

Calcium Vitamin D 600 milligram tablets

Naproxen  500 milligram tablets

Cyclobenzaprine HCL  10 milligram tablets

Codeine Sulfate  30 milligram tablets

Esomeprazole Trihydrate  40 milligram capsules

Aspirin  81 milligram tablets

Lactulose  10 gram / 15 milliliters oral solution

Sertraline HCL  100 milligram tablets

Tamsulosin  0.4 milligram capsules

Prasugrel HCL  10 milligram tablets

Loratadine  10 milligram tablets

Effexor XR   75 milligram capsules

Diphenhydramine HCL   25 milligram capsules

In addition, I also take several "EXCHANGE SELECT" generic "ONE DAILY" multi-vitamin tablets, which I purchase over the counter in our Navy Exchange mini-market, here at the Armed Forces Retirement Home in Gulfport, Mississippi.

Unfortunately, I must confess that I am also a heroine addict.

I like girls!

(Can you BELIEVE one of those college educated United States Air Force doctors did NOT know there is a difference between "heroin" and "heroine"?)

Heh! Heh! Heh!

Yuk! Yuk! Yuk!

Thank you.
