THE LITTLE ENGINE THAT COULDN'T!

In this video, posted at the YOU TUBE web site by "PA RAILS" on Monday 26 January 2009, a single Chessie Seaboard Expanded (i.e., "CSX") four thouand horsepower locomotive stalls when it is unable to pull its load of autorack cars up a grade at Mance, Pennsylvania.

Later, a locomotive on a following train was employed as a helper engine to assist the stalled train in getting over the summit.
