Rodney Brown is a thirty-five year old black male with black hair and brown eyes who is five feet seven inches tall, weighs one hundred and sixty-five pounds, and whose last known address was in Alton, Illinois.
Thomas Glaab is a twenty-eight year old white male with brown hair and brown eyes who is six feet three inches tall, weighs one hundred and eighty pounds, and whose last known address was in Anna, Illinois.
Miguel Robles-Moya is a thirty-five year old Hispanic male with black hair and brown eyes who is five feet eigh inches tall, weighs one hundred and eighty pounds, and whose last known address was in Chicago, Illinois.
