This is a speech by WILLIAM GHEEN of the AMERICANS FOR LEGAL IMMIGRATION POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEE (i.e., "ALIPAC") at a TAXED ENOUGH ALREADY convention (i.e., "T.E.A. Party") in Houston, Texas on Thursday 15 April 2010.

Aside from the issue of securing our national borders, which I agree is essential to our survival, I personally think it is already too late for any "peaceful" revolution at the ballot box.

Voting no longer works, and public protests no longer work.

So, unfortunately, there is only one recourse left to us, and that is a violent, bloody armed revolt to seize our government, in order to restore our lost republic, restore our divinely inspired Constitution of the United States of America, restore the inalienable rights of the individual citizen, restore sovereignty to the several states (including their right to secede), restore our free enterprise economy, and to preserve our cherished values of traditional Christian family morality.

I would respectfully disagree with your viewpoint that a "peaceful" revolution is too late.

As long as we have access to the ballot box, and our right to peacefully assemble is respected we must make use of the lawful, peaceful, and Constitutional means of pursuing political change.
