This video recording of a rarely seen (I have NEVER seen one!) Norfolk Southern Office Car Special passenger train was recorded in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania by "Eric" on Monday 31 May 2010, who posted it on the YOU TUBE web site on Saturday 05 June 2010.
Notice that the vintage "F" model diesel locomotive has been modernized with ditch lights, and the classic oscillating headlamp has apparently been disposed of.
