Greetings and Salutations to All my Kith and Kin and All the Ships in Outer Space:
Here at the Armed Forces Retirement Home in Gulfport, Mississippi, I just finished eating chow in our mess hall, a larrupin' scrumdillyicious repast of roast beef, gravy, rice, corn, roll, a double helping of pecan pie ala mode, with a couple of glasses of ice cold fruit punch, which I chose to enjoy outside on the terrace, in the breezes of our Summer evening.
Afterwards, as I walked through our lobby, I observed the six large television screens mounted on the wall of the hallway across from our Hall of Honor.
Every broadcast channel was discussing the same subject, the aftermath of the trial of Casey Anthony.
I've lived on this Earth for sixty-five years, and based on past experience, that definitely tells me one thing.
Something VERY important is going on right now that our government and its controlled press does NOT want us to either know about or to be discussing among ourselves.
Is it the national economy about to collapse completely?
Has there been yet ANOTHER violent racial incident somewhere in the Homeland that would further antagonize caucasians against negroes?
Have our military forces suffered a significant battlefield defeat in one or more of our wars overseas?
Are we about to invade or attack another country?
Does our federal government plan an immediate midnight roundup of outspoken dissidents and armed rebels here in our own land?
Is the Internet about to be shut down?
Are our private residences and/or personal vehicles about to be searched by squads of local S.W.A.T. teams?
What's going on?
What is it that we're not supposed to know about?
