The Budget chart came from Via Moonbattery which was posted at the top and if you had clicked on MORE at the top of the Treasury charts, you would have seen it went to Theo Spark.

I did click on "MOONBATTERY" and "MORE".
That's how I eventually downloaded the larger versions, and it's where I learned that the picture of the budget has been widely circulated on the Internet.
I still gave you credit, because it was at your web site where I first saw these.
