Clearly, the duly appointed leaders within the Department of Defense are NOT faithful to their sworn sacred oath to uphold and defend our divinely inspired Constitution of the United States of America, nor do they express any shame or embarrassment at publicly admitting it!

Representative Walter B. Jones, a Republican, from the North Carolina Third Congressional District, has introduced House Concurrent Resolution 107, which states:

"Expressing the sense of Congress that the use of offensive military force by a president without prior and clear authorization of an act of Congress constitutes an impeachable high crime and misdemeanor under Article II, Section 4 of the Constitution.

Whereas the cornerstone of the Republic is honoring Congress’s exclusive power to declare war under article I, section 8, clause 11 of the Constitution: Now, therefore, be it

Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring), That it is the sense of Congress that, except in response to an actual or imminent attack against the territory of the United States, the use of offensive military force by a president without prior and clear authorization of an act of Congress violates Congress’s exclusive power to declare war under Article I, Section 8, clause 11 of the Constitution and therefore constitutes an impeachable high crime and misdemeanor under Article II, Section 4 of the Constitution."

Okay, Folks, I ain't no edjumicated lawyer, but here's our REAL problem, as I see it - - - ,

First of all, this proposed Congressional resolution ain't going to go nowhere, and even if it miraculously did pass, it will never be enforced.

Why?

Because Congress and the Supreme Court of the United States already has the authority to enforce our divinely inspired Constitution of the United States of America and/or impeach Barack Hussein Obama (or Barry Soetoro, or whoever he is), but they won't do it.

I reckon it's because they're deathly afraid of an embarrassing public confrontation which could well lead to a genuine civil war - - - , or some such thing.

Or, maybe they're all just plain corrupt and can't be trusted.

Secondly, unlike what was stated in the video posted above, the United States Congress is NOT supposed to answer to the President of the United States.

According to the provisions specifically outlined within our divinely inspired Constitution of the United States of America, which is ignored and unenforced, it is the other way around - - - ,

The President of the United States must answer to the United States Congress.

But, unfortunately, that ain't how it is, is it?

And, ain't NOBODY going to do nothing about it, resolution or no resolution.

So, I reckon they're going to get their civil war, whether they planned on it, or not.

Shucks, if'n we'uns want our lost republic restored, the unalienable rights of individual citizens recognized, and our divinely inspired Constitution of the United States of America enforced, then we ain't got a whole lot of choice, do we?

What other way is there?
