This issue is REALLY of paramount importance, as it constitutes blatant violations of the unalienable rights of a private citizen, our divinely inspired Constitution of the United States of America, and the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania ! ! !

I initially saw this posted at the FREE NORTH CAROLINA web site on Wednesday 27 June 2012, which I then traced to the CATO INSTITUTE web site.

For the best effect, please be sure and watch this automated video series, consisting of eight (08) video recordings, in "FULL SCREEN" mode.

WARNING:  The examples of police misconduct in this first video are EXCEPTIONALLY shocking!

So, why are those Pennsylvania State Troopers still on duty?

Why haven't they been arrested and prosecuted?

It is just this sort of deliberate criminal misconduct which turns public opinion against police officers and can lead to unnecessary violent confrontations, even to outright gun battles.

Shouldn't the hospital and the medical personnel also be subject to disciplinary action and/or civil litigation for abandoning their patient when the state troopers ordered them to leave the room?

The book, "THE LUZERNE COUNTY RAILROAD", by LARRY HOHOL, in paperback, can be purchased for sixteen dollars and seventy-five cents ($16.75) at the BARNES AND NOBLE web site, which advertises that shipping for this book is FREE.

If ever there is to be any justice in this case, I'm guessing the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is going to be owing Robert Charles Leone, of Vestal, New York, a cool few million dollars, and in these currently perilous financial days, I'll bet those Pennsylvania taxpayers ain't going to appreciate THAT very much, huh?
