My Fellow Americans:

I'm JOHN ROBERT MALLERNEE, here in my room at the Armed Forces Retirement Home in Gulfport, Mississippi, where as I'm recording this message, it is now the wee hours in the morning of Monday 01 October 2012.

The purpose of this message is to formally announce myself as a write-in candidate for President of the United States of America.

I fully realize that this is rather obviously an exercise in futility, but my gesture is intended to be more symbolic than practical.

After all, the majority of American voters have never heard of me and know nothing about me.

The reason I'm doing this is because when we voters go to the polls on Tuesday 06 November 2012, the only choice we have on the ballot is either the Republican Party or the Democrat Party, or in other words, either Willard Mitt Romney, or the incumbent, allegedly known as Barack Hussein Obama II, whose true identity, nationality, and loyalty remain questionable.

As things currently stand, no matter which presidential candidate or political party we vote for, the result will be the same, for both candidates and both parties apparently exist to perpetuate the "same ol', same ol'" status quo of ignoring the restrictions on government plainly imposed by our divinely inspired Constitution of the United States of America, as they continue policies of outright treason and tyranny, wasting American lives in unwarranted foreign military adventures.

Because of this situation, you might be interested in how I am motivated by my own personal beliefs and chosen faith.

As a convert in The Church of JESUS CHRIST of Latter-day Saints, I zealously regard the United States of America as the "Promised Land", and our Constitution of the United States of America to be a sacred document inspired by God.

As a young soldier in my beloved United States Army, I publicly swore a solemn oath before Almighty God that I would uphold and defend our divinely inspired Constitution of the United States of America.

I will not apologize for anything my ancestors might have done which contemporary society arrogantly deems offensive.

By the way, Tuesday 06 November 2012 also is National Buy A Gun Day, which I enthusiastically endorse, as a sudden increase in purchases of firearms, ammunition, and shooting accessories on Election Day will send a much needed warning from the voting citizenry, no matter who wins the election.

If I were to become the President of the United States of America, my immediate goal would be to take any and all measures deemed necessary to restore our lost republic, restore our divinely inspired Constitution of the United States of America as the supreme law of the land, restore formal government acknowledgement of the unalienable inherent rights of the individual citizen, and restore sovereignty to the several separate states.

Accordingly, immediately after being publicly sworn into office, I would issue an executive order formally declaring our divinely inspired Constitution of the United States of America to be the supreme law of the land.

Any and all agencies and/or functions of the federal government that are not specifically listed in our divinely inspired Constitution of the United States of America would be deemed as unauthorized, and thus, immediately halted and/or dissolved, with the responsibilities of those various agencies and/or functions immediately reverting back to the people and/or the several separate and sovereign states.

I would issue an executive order formally acknowledging the inherent unalienable rights of the individual citizen.

Thus, the "U.S.A. P.A.T.R.I.O.T. Act" shall no longer be enforced, with the Department of Homeland Security, the Transportation Security Administration, and the Internal Revenue Service to be immediately disbanded.

I would issue an executive order revoking, repealing, and/or nullifying any and all legislation and/or bureaucratic policies indicating quotas and/or favoritism based on racial, ethnic, and/or sexual grounds.

States, local communities, organizations, and/or commercial enterprises may thus choose to freely practice discrimination and/or segregation, without federal intervention.

I would issue an executive order immediately repealing, revoking, and/or nullifying any and all legislation and/or bureaucratic policies which infringe on the individual citizen's inherent unalienable right to freedom of expression by penalizing "Hate Speech" and/or "Hate Crimes".

I would issue an executive order immediately repealing, revoking, and/or nullifying any and all legislation and/or bureaucratic policies which infringe upon the unalienable rights of individual citizens to keep and bear arms.

Accordingly, I would publicly set the example by wearing a properly holstered, and fully loaded unlicensed and unregistered firearm, and encourage all employees and/or volunteers on the White House staff to also wear a safely holstered, but fully loaded unlicensed and unregistered firearm.

In the elected position of President of the United States of America, I would exercise whatever influence I might have to encourage all citizens to be always armed, and also to train and volunteer as part-time firefighters and emergency medical technicians, maintaining their equipment and survival stockpiles in their residences, places of employment, and in their personal vehicles, ready for immediate access and response to any situation.

As Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the United States of America, I would order all troops that are located in foreign countries to immediately cease operations and return to the continental United States of America.

Manpower in the Armed Forces of the United States of America would be reduced to a cadre necessary for maintaining equipment, and for organizing and training state and/or local militias, which would assume the primary burden of protecting our national borders.

As President of the United States of America, and as Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, I would issue an executive order to immediately arrest, detain, prosecute, and deport any and all individuals who are illegally within the borders of the United States of America.

As Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, I would formally order an end to all restrictions on military chaplains invoking the name of Jesus, the Christ, recognizing that our nation was primarily settled and founded by Christians seeking religious freedom from state operated churches.

As President of the United States of America, and as Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, I would issue an executive order publicly acknowledging adherents of Islam to be sworn enemies of the United States of America, with all Muslims to be subjected to immediate arrest, interrogation, and deportation.

As President of the United States of America, I would issue an executive order returning all public lands and real property to the states wherein they are presently located.

As President of the United States of America, I would issue an executive order acknowledging and implementing provisions of the proposed Fully Informed Jury Act, instructing members of a jury that they have the legal right to nullify laws with their verdict, and that members of the jury have a legal right to ignore instructions from the trial judge.

As President of the United States of America, I would issue an executive order closing all federal prisons, with all current prisoners to become the responsibility of the states wherein they are presently located, to be freed or penalized according to that state's laws and rulings.

Instead of incarcerating property offenders in an unnatural and unsafe environment, which is merely conducive to more criminal activity and recidivism, the offender should be bonded in servitude to the victim, with any attempt to escape or failure to perform duties punished with severe physical consequences.

As President of the United States of America, I would issue an executive order banning executions by the federal government, and legalizing those executions which are done publicly by the victim's family and/or eyewitnesses to the crime.

Due to a long history by influences of corruption, despotism, and tyranny, no government entity should be granted the absolute power to impose capital punishment.

As President of the United States of America, and as Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, I would address a joint session of the United States House of Representatives, the United States Senate, the Supreme Court of the United States, and the Joint Chiefs of Staff, to inform them of these Executive Orders, and urging their cooperation and support, while requesting their expertise regarding any proposed legislative and/or judicial action.

Because the American public is already burdened with too much legislation, I would use whatever influence my office might have to encourage Congress to repeal, revoke, and/or nullify as many laws as possible prior to enacting any new legislation.

As President of the United States of America, and as Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, I would remind members of Congress that under the divinely inspired Constitution of the United States of America, they, and they alone, are responsible for the national debt, and the impending total collapse of our national economy.

Thus, the members of both houses in Congress must take immediate action to balance the national budget, with a time limit imposed, or be subjected individually to arrest, detention, prosecution, and incarceration.

As President of the United States of America, I would urge Congress and the States to seek immediate repeal or nullification of Amendment XVI and Amendment XVII to our divinely inspired Constitution of the United States of America, thus abolishing the income tax imposed on individual citizens, and restoring our Republic by returning sovereignty in electing Senators to the several and separate states.

The federal government, being greatly reduced in size and authority, can more easily be funded by the several and separate sovereign states, according to their discretionary whim.

Freed of restrictions and regulations mandated by federal government, private commercial enterprises could creatively flourish, restoring the benefits of economic opportunities.

As President of the United States of America, my final executive order would be to declare any and all future executive orders being issued by any President of the United States of America to be an usurpation of the separation of powers by infringing on the legislative responsibility of Congress, and thus, in violation of our divinely inspired Constitution of the United States of America.

That is how I would seek to restore our lost republic, restore our divinely inspired Constitution of the United States of America as the supreme law of the land, restore formal recognition of the inherent unalienable rights of the individual citizen, and restore sovereignty to the several and separate states.
