On the afternoon of Tuesday, 29 January 2013, the video, "RUN! HIDE! FIGHT!", was shown in the theatre here at the Armed Forces Retirement Home in Gulfport, Mississippi.

Please stop and think about this for a moment.
While you're busy running and/or hiding, how many other people will be murdered or maimed before the police finally arrive?
Remember, when seconds count, the police are only minutes away.
What if - - - , instead of just merely running and/or hiding, any and/or all personnel on the scene were armed, and the crime could have been stopped as soon as the first shot(s) were fired?
Don't we have a civic and moral obligation to do that?
According to our sacred scriptures, our Lord and Saviour, Jesus, the Christ, commands us to be armed.
"Then said he unto them, But now, he that hath a purse, let him take it, and likewise his scrip: and he that hath no sword, let him sell his garment, and buy one" LUKE 22:36
Although personal firearms are legal throughout the state of Mississippi, here at the Armed Forces Retirement Home in Gulfport, Mississippi, just like at the Armed Forces Retirement Home in Washington, D.C., no resident or employee, including Security personnel, is legally (?) permitted to possess, carry, wear, or display firearms, either within their personal residence, and/or personal vehicle(s), and/or on their persons.
Here is an example of one the signs that currently are irresponsibly displayed at our entry points, inviting criminal attack:
Remember, this is a RESIDENTIAL facility.
Note that ALL of the residents are military veterans, who served honorably, and who have extensive training and experience.
The situation is even more absurd because many, if not the majority, of these residents possess a Mississippi Firearms Permit!
Thus, the Armed Forces Retirement Home in Gulfport, Mississippi is a military target that is both soft and high profile.
Just imagine a live television broadcast from our mess hall at chow time, with someone's beloved great grandparent being tortured and begging for mercy.
Remember, the Islamic terrorists are suicidal fanatics, and they don't care if the police are en route and/or have the building(s) completely surrounded.

Frankly, it is immoral, irresponsible, illegal, and satanic for any career federal administrator or bureaucrat to arrogantly be misusing their position of power and/or authority to compel other people, for whose lives and safety they are responsible, to be helpless, unarmed prey for violent criminals, blatantly ignoring the unalienable rights that are guaranteed by our divinely inspired Constitution of the United States of America.
Indeed, in the aftermath of any violent crime, those same career federal administrators and/or bureaucrats could (and should) be individually and collectively subjected to criminal prosecution and/or civil liability, due to their complicity in enforcing an established official policy of criminal negligence.
