Greetings and Salutations to All my Kith and Kin and All the Ships in Outer Space:
Bliadhna Mhath Ur!
(i.e., Scottish Gaelic, pronounced, "BLEE - AH - NAH - VAH - OOR")
Here at the Armed Forces Retirement Home in Gulfport, Mississippi, there will be a New Year's Eve Dance on Tuesday 31 January 2013, from 1930 Hours until 2330 Hours, in our Community Center, located in Room 1109, with music by SONNY TANNER.
Admission fee for each guest is ten dollars ($10.00).
Although we are located in the Central Time Zone, at the celebration, our New Year's Day countdown is slated to coincide with the Eastern Time Zone.
At the conclusion of our New Year's Eve Dance, festive celebrations are scheduled to continue next door in FIDDLER'S GREEN, which is the saloon located in our Armed Forces Retirement Home.
From the balcony of my assigned private quarters located at the Northeast corner on the Seventh Floor of the Armed Forces Retirement Home, I will have an excellent view of the local fireworks displays.
Good Hogmanay!
So, who do you think your "First Foot" will be?
Here is the menu for our New Year's Day dinner, on Wednesday 01 January 2014, to be served from 1130 Hours until 1300 Hours, in the mess hall at the Armed Forces Retirement Home in Gulfport, Mississippi.

That menu doesn't show everything that will be served at our New Year's Day dinner, such as wine, plus the usual everyday items of salads, ice cream, and fresh fruit, et cetera.
The price of meal tickets for visiting guests is seven dollars ($7.00).
If'n y'all should happen to come chow down in our mess hall on New Year's Day, you'll get to see that bodaciously humongous Christmas tableau of a snowy, wintry village with THREE (03) electric trains on three (03) separate tracks, running round and round, in and out of tunnels, plus, y'all can see all of the Christmas trees, the menorah, and the manger.
For the best effect, please be sure to enjoy watching, in "FULL SCREEN" mode, my homemade amateur video recording of ME (!), performing, "AULD LANG SYNE", while accompanying myself by strumming simple chords on my Yamaha G-130A classical guitar, created on Sunday 30 December 2012.
Oh, and please DO feel free to join right in and sing along with me!
"AULD LANG SYNE"
Composed by ROBERT BURNS
Should auld acquaintance be forgot, And never brought to mind?
Should auld acquaintance be forgot,
And auld lang syne!
For auld lang syne, my dear,
For auld lang syne.
We'll tak a cup o' kindness yet,
For auld lang syne.
