SARGENTS MESA WAR MEMORIAL

***********************************************************
***********************************************************
Greetings and Salutations to All my Kith and Kin and All the Ships in Outer Space:

I initially saw this interesting item posted by Jonn Lilyea on Thursday 23 January 2014 at the THIS AIN'T HELL web site.

For the best effect, please be sure and watch, in "FULL SCREEN" mode, this six (06) minute long video recording posted at the MILITARY.COM web site by Josh Adams on Monday 04 November 2013.

The location is at Latitude 38.292033 by Longitude 106.371415, south of Marshall Pass by U.S. Highway 50 in Gunnison, Colorado, on top of Sargents Mesa, just off of the Continental Divide National Scenic Trail, near the Tomichi Creek Trading Post.

So these guys in this picture went ahead and ignored the "no motorized vehicles beyond this point" sign and drove right up there. Nice. Can't walk 400 yards. Disrespectful.

Jen, I'm a Vietnam Vet and want to walk to this memorial. Where do I start? Thanks. Bill Zoller
