Greetings and Salutations to All my Kith and Kin and All the Ships in Outer Space:

Wednesday 11 November 2015 will be VETERANS DAY.

To view and/or download a larger version,
please click on the POSTER at this LINK.
By tradition, all activities should begin at the Eleventh Hour on the Eleventh Day of the Eleventh Month, as that was when the Armistice took effect in 1918, formally concluding the First World War.

Unfortunately, the community of Vernal, Utah does NOT feature an annual Veterans Day parade.

However, military veterans will be honored with a free supper, served from 1700 Hours until 1900 Hours, at the Golden Corral restaurant.

Naturally, as authorized by Army Regulation 670-1:30-6, this is an appropriate occasion for military veterans to wear their full sized medals and decorations, properly arranged on the breast of their finest Sunday-go-to-meetin' suit.

From 0800 Hours until 1800 Hours Central Standard Time, there will be a live streaming Internet radio broadcast of archived ARMED FORCES VIET NAM radio programs, courtesy of Radio Station WEBY-AM 1330 in Milton, Florida.

Thank you.
