Justification For Armed Revolt?

Greetings and Salutations to All my Kith and Kin and All the Ships in Outer Space:

I hate to say it, but this latest betrayal of American citizens by our own government, i.e., amnesty for illegal aliens, leads me to believe we citizens now have sufficient justification to begin a violent bloody armed revolt to overthrow our current administration and restore the Constitution of the United States as the supreme law of the land.

What other solution is there?

If we don't do anything, our country is lost.

But, such a revolt will pit neighbor against neighbor, family against family, Christian against Christian, with common ordinary law-abiding folks forced to ambush and murder innocent police officers and soldiers.

Also, when the shooting starts, how do we differentiate between bonafide United States citizens of Mexican descent, and those who look just like them, but are here illegally?

While we're fighting with the Mexicans who are in our midst, shall we also turn our wrath and suspicions on those who are Moslem?

I think so.

Once this thing starts, it's go all the way, and really clean house.

If there is a revolt, this one will be especially messy, because we can't easily identify our enemies, which means we may only have a general anarchy, with various groups of people killing other various groups of people.

Basically, it'll be everybody against everybody else.

History teaches us that revolts are usually not popular when they first begin, but some later circumstance, such as an extremely draconian reaction by government forces, may bring about sudden popular support from the people.

For instance, the American Revolution was unpopular, until England made the mistake of employing (foreign) Hessian mercenaries.

The French Revolution was not popular until their government permitted (foreign) Austrian soldiers on French soil, which was the final insult.

Southerners fought the invading Union Army because they were fighting on their own land, and had no other choice.

If our elected representatives were responsive to the wishes of the people, and if they would abide by their sworn oath to uphold and defend our Constitution, there would be no need for armed uprising.

But, that isn't happening, is it?

The amnesty for illegal aliens that is being forced on the American people will only result in additional hordes of criminals and terrorists surging across our borders.

What else can we do?

Yes, it's our own fault.

Ours is a government of the people, and we, the people, get the kind of government we deserve.

We let it happen.

Many years ago, I entered the United States Army.

Like so many others, I publicly swore a sacred oath before Almighty God that I would uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, both foreign and domestic.

As someone once pointed out to me, we have never been released from that oath.

Since we swore our oath to God, only God can release us from that obligation.

Thank you.
