Like all the songs in my repertoire, I memorize and perform it "by ear", accompanying myself by strumming simple chords on a classical guitar.

I wish I could have learned all these things when I was still young and good looking.

But, now I'm old, gray, fat, and balding, increasingly reclusive, living month to month in the Old Soldiers' Home on a small disability pension, and rarely leave my room.

That ain't no way to attract females!
