The aircraft is a Lockheed F-104 "Starfighter".
This is located between Easton, Maryland and Saint Michaels, Maryland, near the Oak Creek Bridge on Maryland State Highway 33.
I do not know who took these photographs, or when they were taken.
The cause of the accident is under investigation by the United States Air Force, the Federal Aviation Administration, and the National Transportation Safety Board.
Formal military court martial charges against the pilot, Captain Scrooge, are pending.
