Cyclobenzaprine HCL  10 milligram tablets

Codeine Sulfate  30 milligram tablets

Esomeprazole Trihydrate  40 milligram capsules

Aspirin  81 milligram tablets

Lactulose  10 gram / 15 milliliters oral solution

Polyethylene Glycol 3350 oral powder

Clotrimazole antifungal cream

Sertraline HCL  100 milligram tablets

Tamsulosin  0.4 milligram capsules

Prasugrel HCL  10 milligram tablets

Loratadine  10 milligram tablets

Effexor XR   75 milligram capsules

Diphenhydramine HCL   25 milligram capsules

In addition, I also take several "EXCHANGE SELECT" generic "ONE DAILY" multi-vitamin tablets, which I purchase over the counter in our Navy Exchange mini-market, here at the Armed Forces Retirement Home in Gulfport, Mississippi.

Unfortunately, I must confess that I am also a heroine addict.

I like girls!

(Can you BELIEVE one of those college educated United States Air Force doctors did NOT know there is a difference between "heroin" and "heroine"?)
